We may share anonymous, non-personal data with third-party analytics and marketing partners.  In case of sharing your data with third parties, we ensure as much as possible that the recipient has provided sufficient proof of compliance and security. 

However, we do not sell or trade your personal data without your consent.

We retain collected data for the period necessary to fulfill its intended purpose. The retention period is considered based on the nature and sensitivity of your personal data, potential risks of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your data, and the purposes for which we process your data. If you request to erase your data to stop receiving our messages, we will delete your data.

We implement adequate technical and organizational measures to protect against accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, destruction, or disclosure of data. 

  • A username and password are required in order to access our IT systems;
  • Authentication and authorization for the IT systems are based on roles and tasks;
  • Network security is configured to prevent external threats from accessing our infrastructure;
  • Service providers sign confidentiality and data protection clauses to ensure compliance with our security rules.

In case we detect a potential or real data breach, our procedures include internal reporting systems in coordination with contracted service providers and the use of bug bounties.

7. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

(a) Information and Access

You have the right to request certain information about the personal data we hold about you. 

(b) Correction

You have the right to request the correction of any mistakes or inaccuracies in your personal data provided we can verify your identity. Please note that this does not apply in case your correction request relates to an application process carried out by our staff and you are unable to provide sufficient proof of the assessment's inaccuracy or respective data are contained in a record held by our archives.

(c) Erasure

You are entitled to request that your personal data be fully deleted from our systems. However, there may be certain circumstances where we are obliged to retain your personal data.

(d) Objection

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on compelling legitimate grounds relating to your particular situation. Any objection of this kind will be accepted if your fundamental rights and freedoms in question outweigh our legitimate interests, or the public interest, in processing. You are also entitled to withdraw your consent and opt-out of receiving future information about the GTY via e-mail at any time. We also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) under the European Law and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and residents in the EU and California State have the right to request access to their personal data; request correction or deletion of their data; restrict or object to data processing and; opt-out of data sharing for marketing purposes.

9. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (California Privacy Rights)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, we may share certain information with third-party services such as Google Analytics or Mailchimp, which may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law.
